Drafts of 2025 Comprehensive Plan
The Comprehensive Plan is broken down into three sections: Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use, and Goals and Objectives. These will be reviewed at the Thursday, August 28th Study Review Committee meeting. The meeting takes place at 5pm at the Oldham County Fiscal Court, 100 W. Jefferson St. The agenda can be found at this link.
Keep in mind, Comprehensive Plans are designed as a guide, not to enforce. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance are where rules are enforced.
